Woven Wood Shades - These are commonly made of bamboo, and blocks direct sunlight from coming into the room but permit some natural light to come in.

Mini Blinds - are also named as macro, micro or aluminum blinds. These have one-inch or two-inch slats to control the amount of light that fills the room.

Shutters - these have parallel slats, or louvers, which can be controlled to modify the level of privacy.

The blinds should be clear that when it is fully extended, it could still hang freely.

Cutting the Blinds is essential to make the blinds fit the dimension of the windows. Prior to cutting the blinds, measure the required width from one edge of the bracket to the other. The size of the winding mechanism should be less first before cutting the lath, the tube and the textile to the correct size.
